Passed away peacefully at the Gladstone Hospital, Monday 28th February, 2022, aged 86 years.
Beloved Wife of the late Roy Cook. Much loved Mother and Mother-in-law to Roy and Rini, Shane, Julie and Geoff. Adored Nan and Great Nan to their families.
A private burial service was held.
